Amber Cotton is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with deep clinical expertise in metabolic health, hormone optimization, weight management, and longevity medicine. After years of working in clinical settings, she saw patients being turned away from evidence-based treatments due to cost, insurance barriers, and geography. She founded RegimeneRx to close that gap.
